# FictionCore Terms of Use > Version `2026-09-27`. Effective from 27 September 2026. ## 1. Provider and the available service The provider is Sofuwaru OÜ, address Ehitajate tee 68-125, 12915 Tallinn, Estonia. Estonian Commercial Register (äriregister) code: 17059718. Public website: https://fictioncore.app. These Terms cover the limited Android release of FictionCore: creating an account, signing in with Google, choosing language preferences, completing setup and using the available account and notification settings. This release has no paid subscription or in-app purchase. Publishing creative material, public profiles, partner discovery, media uploads and other community functions are not open in this release. These Terms do not promise that a future function will become available. We will explain any additional terms and processing before opening it. You need a supported Android device with Google Play services and an internet connection. Your network provider may charge for data. Keep the app updated; an update may be required for compatible and secure account access. ## 2. Creating and using your account You must be at least 18. Sign in with Google, choose English or Russian for the contract and consumer information, and review your display name and handle. The name may be a pseudonym. Your 18+ declaration is required; it is not an identity or age-verification service. Google sign-in alone does not create a FictionCore account. You separately confirm that you are at least 18, accept the displayed Terms and select **Create account**. The contract is formed when FictionCore successfully creates the account. If creation fails, that attempt does not form an account contract. Before submitting, you can correct your entries or leave the form. The app shows whether account creation succeeded. We record the version, language and content fingerprint of the Terms you accepted, the acceptance time, and separate records of Privacy Notice delivery and your 18+ declaration. Changing the app's display language does not change the language of the agreement you made. Each page offers a Markdown download of the exact displayed revision that you can save on your device. The archived download keeps that revision unchanged when a newer version is published. The [Privacy Notice](privacy-policy.en.md) explains how personal data is used. Providing that notice does not ask you to accept it as a contract or consent to unrelated processing. Use the same Google account for subsequent sign-ins. Protect that account and report suspected unauthorized access. FictionCore does not receive your Google password. Signing out of FictionCore or revoking a FictionCore session does not delete your Google account. Your chosen name and handle are not publicly browsable in this release. Do not use a password or other secret as your name or handle. We will explain their visibility before making community profiles available. ## 3. Safe use and support Provide accurate information about your eligibility. Do not impersonate another person, access someone else's account, steal credentials, send spam or malware, disrupt the service, or use account fields or correspondence for threats, harassment, sexual exploitation or other unlawful conduct. Send account, technical or security concerns to [sofuwaru@gmail.com](mailto:sofuwaru@gmail.com). Include only information needed to understand the issue. Do not send passwords, Google sign-in tokens, unnecessary identity documents, another person's unnecessary private information or suspected illegal images. If more information is needed, we explain what is necessary and why. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services. We may restrict or end access for a breach of these Terms, a serious security risk or a legal requirement. We provide reasons and an opportunity to ask for human review by email, unless disclosure is prohibited by law. This contact route does not require a FictionCore account. ## 4. Ending the account contract The account contract continues until you or we end it. You may ask to end it and delete your FictionCore account at any time by writing to [sofuwaru@gmail.com](mailto:sofuwaru@gmail.com). The [Privacy Notice](privacy-policy.en.md#account-deletion) explains how to make the request and the treatment of retained records and backups. Signing out or uninstalling the app does not delete server records. The current release does not provide completed account deletion through the app. Public request instructions are at https://fictioncore.app/privacy?locale=en#account-deletion. Any statutory withdrawal right remains available separately from account deletion. Where it applies, you can exercise it within the applicable period by sending an unequivocal statement to [sofuwaru@gmail.com](mailto:sofuwaru@gmail.com); no special wording is required. Signing in or creating an account does not waive that right. ## 5. Changes to the service and these Terms We may discontinue the service or modify it for legal, safety, security, technical-compatibility or service-maintenance reasons, without an additional charge. We give notice and explain material changes. Where a modification has more than an insignificant negative effect on use or access, we provide the advance notice on a durable medium and termination right required by law. We may update these Terms for legal or regulatory reasons, safety or security, or a material service change. We notify you of significant changes and request renewed acceptance where required. The version and effective date appear at the top of the published Terms. ## 6. Consumer complaints and law Send a consumer contract complaint to [sofuwaru@gmail.com](mailto:sofuwaru@gmail.com). We confirm written complaints and reply in writing within 15 days unless law sets another period. If more time is needed, we explain why and give a new reasonable deadline. If we cannot resolve your complaint and it falls within its jurisdiction, you may contact the Estonian [Consumer Disputes Committee](https://www.ttja.ee/en/consumer-disputes-committee) at avaldus@komisjon.ee. Its official page contains filing information and the procedure rules. Estonian law governs these Terms, but this choice does not remove mandatory protections of a consumer's country of residence. Nothing limits rights, remedies or liability that applicable law does not allow us to limit.
